In case of failure, our own service team and our local partner’s experienced cooling system technician will find a quick solution. And we are the point of contact for all installation, maintenance and service work on our cooling systems, including the piping.

1h:
Within 60 minutes,* a HYFRA Aftersales Department employee will answer your inquiry.    

2h:
Remote service* for customers with the relevant IT configuration.

24h:
Availability of our service technician within Europe who will completely repair your device unless spare parts are required.    

36 - 48h:
Availability of our service technician worldwide. The spare parts will have arrived by now and your system will be repaired.
