The GCP-A series uses the "low GWP" refrigerant R513A, which meets current and future legal requirements in the EU and the USA. In addition, all models comply with the highest energy efficiency standards, including EU2015/1095 and EU2016/2281.

Precise cooling for stable temperatures – with GCP-A series flow-through coolers

In industrial processes, a consistent temperature is essential for quality and efficiency. The GCP-A series flow-through coolers ensure precise temperature control and reliable process cooling.

 

How a flow-through cooler works

The cooling medium continuously flows through the cooler and is cooled to the specified process temperature. Powerful pumps deliver the fluid to the consumer at a precisely regulated volume and temperature, where it absorbs the resulting heat and is returned to the cooling circuit.

    Ready to operate & globally compatible

    Our devices are designed as standard for all common mains voltages worldwide: 400 V / 50 Hz / 3 ph and 460 V / 60 Hz / 3 ph. They offer an extended temperature range from -20°C to 55°C, allowing them to be flexibly integrated into a wide variety of environments.

     

    Innovative control & Easy Operation

    The models of the GCP-A series are equipped with advanced control systems that enable precise and user-friendly control. The FreeSmart and FreeAdvanced controllers offer an intuitive user interface, while the FreeAdvanced version is additionally equipped with a touch panel for a structured and clear display of relevant values.

    Thanks to digital and analog inputs and outputs, the coolers can be flexibly integrated into existing systems and individually programmed. Furthermore, the Modbus TCP interface enables seamless communication with higher-level controllers and ensures maximum networking in modern production environments.

    The models of the GCP-A series, with their numerous options, adapt to a wide variety of environments. Upon request, we can also develop a completely customized system for your application, tailored to your requirements. We handle all services from design and material supply to installation and acceptance, including project management. By consolidating all activities from a single source, we ensure that you can quickly deploy your customized cooling system.
    Should your requirements change later, we will also support you. In this case, we will adapt your system specifically to the new operating conditions with special modification kits.

    Thorough maintenance ensures that your chiller remains operational. We offer you both regular maintenance as well as an extensive inspection after longer interruptions in operation. Both measures are integrated in our service packages.
